Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Project Director for an international construction services company delivering fit out, construction, engineering services and a range of specialist solutions.
Work Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of services on a project- Assist the Country Director to review the tender opportunities and identify the strategic direction of the project. Allocate key project resource to fulfil the contractual parameters and mitigate delivery risk to the business.- Attend pre-award, trade contractor interviews as appropriate and as identified in the QMS.- Oversee all live projects and ensure projects are adequately resourced and controlled at all times to mitigate delivery risk to the business.- Review resource allocations to meet client handover requirements.- To ensure Quality Audits and Project Post Mortem are held in a timely manner.- Evaluate the performance in the light of industry best practice and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Education & Training Degree in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying / Engineering, or equivalent Member of related professional institutions e.g. MCIOB, MRICS, MHKIE, MICE, MIPM, etc. preferred
Technical Requirements 8 years relevant experience in related field
Managerial Experience Experience in managing a team of staff in a related field
Others Computer literate – Microsoft Office Good command of English
